Windows Azure + ASP.NET MVC

The MVC team put together a sample to get people going with ASP.NET MVC on Windows Azure.  Jim Nakashima, who works on the Visual Studio side of Windows Azure blogged the sample and instructions on how to do it yourself.  For those of you who watched my PDC talk, you know that I used a similar starting point for my blog.
