Hello, PDC!

It hit me a little after I got off stage on the day one keynote of PDC… everyone’s going to blog and tweet the URL http://hellocloud.cloudapp.net!  This was the URL I used in my demo of the Windows Azure development experience.  It turns out I’m right; I see that URL all over the internet already.

So I proactively scaled it up to 10 nodes just in case (it was at 2).  I updated the text a bit too.
